My favorite character was definitely the old guy, he gives me uncle iroh vibes. He whole heartedly supports the company and genuinely wants the mc to be happy and successful. Tries to ket him make his own decisions, but still willing to firmly push/gently nudge him in a direction that can help. He looks so proud of mc at the end. I honestly believe he sees mc as a nephew/surrogate son and it is clear he stills treasures his friendship with the late father dearly.

Tbh, I would blame MC himself for that “hassle” since he was being easy to that woman. Easily gave his contact info just like that after being insulted & even shown her true face. She even pushed the other girl down, yet MC didn’t say anything nor get mad at her for that. He basically created a path for her to gets close to him, or rather disturbs him. Dude was like not having a backbone when he was with her (the antagonist).

Honestly at first I thought that because of the way the protagonist acted he was going to have some development or that something motivated him to do that because of something in the past, but in the end it ended the same as it began, it's sad because the MC really didn't care what happened to the company even though his father entrusted him with that great task (And well if he hadn't wanted to, the company would have given power to someone else) and it's also unfortunate for the vice president who surely had to do more work to keep the company afloat knowing how much extra work he and other employees did so that the company wouldn't enter a crisis due to the MC's incompetence, on the other hand I honestly don't feel that he demonstrated anything for the FMC to stay with him, in fact given his personality and null growth as CEO, it's almost certain that she was the one who led the project and the MC did little or nothing, honestly I think that the FMC deserved to stay with someone else instead of the MC (And almost certainly when they get married he will give her all the responsibilities while the protagonist doesn't make the slightest effort for the company)
