I just took the word of some strangers' posts and stories about it getting better, how life turns around, how they sing along happily the songs that they used to cry to, how they got their own appartment with a loved one and a kid, how they are with their pets, how they graduated or how they simply started to be happy. For me, it was being able to breathe and feel again. Idk how it will be for you, but it will come and hit you soo good, every part of your body, mind, heart and soul will feel it and with time, they will heal. You will heal. Recovery is a process. I hope this is a post that makes you hold on. I love you. It got better for me and it will get better for you. Hold on. Believe in yourself and be kind to yourself, you really are trying. Recovery worths it.

Don't regret cause it ends, be happy cause it happened. Someone commented that like 3 years ago on other video I watched. The commenter said, the pain is there. But the happy memories is something we should cherish. Not to cry about. I'm glad i ran to that comment. It does changed my mind on some negative things and sad memories. I have less things to cry about and now I can smile to the memories I had with the person whom I miss.
