Here in NC, if I fish anything other than the shrimp flavor, all I catch is flounder. I've ran out of the shrimp flavor and used the crappie and panfish scent and they've hit that just as good.

For me I almost always add procure to my saltwater baits. I’ve find it works best on scent oriented fish as well as slower moving baits in dirty water

Maybe I am a sucker for marketing, but I have a winter Steelheading trip next week in the Pere Marquette and am going to put some on my drifts and flies.Seems like in the deep holes I drift through, if it just pauses them for a second more to consider snapping at the bait why not.Also give me confidence , though it may be a false sense of it,Lol

I put some shrimp scent in my zman shrimp and stuck in the freezer overnight just to try it. It did last longer and haven't tried it in the summer yet. Hey, I just like trying new things, trial and error!

I have a few older bottles of shrimp scent and mullet. Do they break down chemically after sitting. Is there shelf life. Thanks C.A..

I use the Menhaden, Mullet, and Shrimp scent here in SE Texas-Pro Cure also makes a balm type applicator( Like deodorant) that I want to try soon. Not sure what scent they come in though.

Fish totally with shrimp sent Works well and doesn't seam to matter what type of lure from spoons to paddle tails

Nice video. During the cooler months do you shy away from using shrimp profiled soft plastics? I’ve always been told the shrimp migrate into the gulf during the winter. Thanks for the videos.

derek and stefanie radtke shrimp patterns defiantly will still work well for catching trout in the winter time but it is good to switch it and use a variety of different lures

If I am not mistaken, I think I heard you say on another video that the use of Berkley Gulp was almost unprofessional. I don't agree with that and I don't understand how you can say that and use Procure. What is the difference between having the scent in the bait and having the scent on the bait? I think the difference is that you are sponsored by Procure but not by Berkley.

He did say, "...other scents that we have." I don't have a problem with sponsored videos but would appreciate if the person telling me how great something is would be upfront if they are indeed sponsored. It's just good ethics.

It's possible but I rather doubt it. He probably accepted the sponsorship because he needed the money. Times are tough. In the pro fishing world, it's best to be cynical. When I was a young man, I believed every pro that was touting some lure or product and I ended up with multiple tackle boxes filled with lures that didn't catch fish. Don't let that happen to you.
