Kayaking within the Wellington region of New Zealand can be a little windy at the best of times. Thinking it'll be an average day on the water I didn't have high hopes. My goodness, what a day!! 😃😃😃 CRAZY ACTION.
Lots of activity both from the fish BUT ALSO THE birds.
It's like those days when you didn't expect to go out but have the best time when you do.
Mark, my buddy who often comes out on the water with me is joining up 'One N only' to launch a new channel specific to kayak fishing and living in New Zealand. It's going to be called Those Kayak Guys. I'll still be posting kayak videos on this channel but Mark and I will go into greater detail on everything to do with kayak fishing, fishing, living in NZ and other topics of interest on the new channel.
If you haven't subscribed to my channel please do as it helps to grow the company, as we are actually a catering company that operates from Wellington, New Zealand.
I'm originally from the Uk and moved to NZ via Canada and Australia, where we also lived over the last 16 years.
Believe it or not I'd never even picked up a fishing rod before moving to New Zealand, and now I'm sometimes miles out on a wee fishing vessel thinking, if a massive marlin bites the line, when do I cut?
