As I'm Gen X giving up is no option, it's just engrained in us to push through though times. At a time when I thought Russian is frying my brain, I started dabbling with Dutch. It helped me staying motivated as I was making progress quite fast.

Hi ! Thanks ! When I learn languages, I use guided meditations and body scan. I compare music with languages too and you give me a new idea : listen to musicians interviews (for example in German with Ivry Gitlis). And dancers... why not ?🎉❤😊
