This has been one of my all-time favourite scenes to shoot, direct, and edit. The scene starts my friends and colleagues Selina Salihamidzic and Simon Alexander Akenhead, two of my top talents who always show up and give 110%. Their acting, emotionality, continuity, and exceptional teamwork streamlined this process, and I'm excited to share the behind the scenes footage of this shoot within the next few weeks!
Why this scene?
I was beyond impressed by the rich and nuanced storytelling in Fair Play and highly recommend it! Its perspective was fresh and eye-opening, not just with regards to gender politics in the professional world, but how it affects people on a personal level.
