Actually... it's not.... as a trained vocalist, you don't call out anybody like that on stage. It ruins the moment for everybody. Now if things are off, you CAN stop, deal with it off mic or say somethings out in my ear yall, etc, and start again, but you don't go diva on the mic ever. If the ad-lib lyrics didn’t show she’s not “tracked” then there is no saving you. Not a MC fan. Just a music guy who can tell when it’s prerecorded. And respects talent. Every single song has double tracked vocals in the recordings. Somewhere. It’s called stereo. And the only way to get a single REAL stereo vocal is to record it twice. Which is why you’ll often hear a backing vocal that is a straight double of the main vocal. They aren’t “not singing”. They just aren’t the only thing singing. Ultimately it happens so fans get a good sounding show.
