i have been going through extreme fear for 27 yrs. i was mind controlled and severally abused and i have and still am having been afraid because of men. but i fell asleep and asked Jesus to put his yoke upon me and i keep on make it. i still fear but i have made this long. i am working on this and i do need help but i can't get it. that i keep trying different things to help me to feel better. my best place is with the lord. i have no more family, and i don't know for sure where i will go. I thank you for the this talk. i was programmed about signs and symbels in the temple, but i ask God to not let me go. I was given a priesthood blessing that what i am going through is what Jesus himself suffered greatly for. The priesthood blessing told me as I learn to overcome this i will be better able to help others in this life and when i die i will continue to help others. I love you president Nelson, i love pres eyring because he helped me when i was going to college. i know tamara runia and pres. holland's wife Pat. Imagine the fear of seeing a planet you've never seen in the sky before come so close to earth that you think it's going to collide and destroy earth! There are so many heartbreaking stories out there... Every person that are cariing loads like this, you are speciel to the Lord. He loves each and every one with a love we can't even begin to understand. And oh, how we learn, oh, such testemonies we can give, and oh, how we recocknice those that suffer like we do or did, and then, and therefor, o, what help we can give, what understanding we can show, what patience, guidence and love we can give. And when we do, we haven't suffered for nothing, because we have changed a life for the better. The Lord knows about our every deed and bless us accordingly. You, out there, who think you are worth nothing. Oh, how wrong you are. Every time we lift our hands in service to others, we become an importent person in God's plan. Pray everyday. Never miss a day. Have a prayer in your heart often. Pray for more faith and do not stop. The Lord will at some point answer and life changes.

For me it has been when I purposefully put part of my day or morning or night aside, and go somewhere quite and just be still, I've received beautiful things in some of those moments. He knows when we take time out of our busy days just to spend with them, they will spend the time with us. "Draw near onto the Lord and he will draw near unto you", not the other way around. It took a couple weeks to be able to learn how to quite my mind. It is pretty surprising when starting a habit like this how much is constantly going through your mind, but if you persevere and practice it, once learned, you receive great and precious things from heaven. It is literally tuning in to the heavens. I started with 30 minutes every morning before work, mostly because it's when my house is the quietest and my mind isn't taken over with the things of the day. Eventually it became an hour. After a couple weeks I had a very special experience. Once I had that I knew of the importance of giving them my time and how much they want to give us great gifts. They are literally waiting to give us these things. So to summarize, give them quite time, dedicate the time to them and then just simply open your heart and listen

We are not to worry. Revelation comes when we fast to know something or just pray or read scriptures or listen to a talk. As we do the things we are told to do read the scriptures and pray. Improve on what we don't do but should or improve on stopping doing things we shouldn't we are there. Heavenly father is looking for obedient people who will help with the plan of salvation and he pays well.

Sounds like you need to like yourself more. We’re all God’s kids, don’t ever forget that and do what you know to be right and avoid the other stuff. Live the gospel simply and simply live the gospel is something I try to always remember. But, we all flub up once in a while. I was out thirty years but since coming back over 30 years, I have even served as a bishop. So just put one foot in front of the other in the direction you know is right and stop fretting about small to stuff. ❤️👍🏻

Pray for inspiration before studying scriptures. Listen for inspiration while studying. Write down promptings. Pray for further direction̈ about the prompting. Follow the promptings. Report to Heavenly Father each day on how it went. Focus on the Book of Mormon for study. The more you follow inspiration the more you will receive.
