Battling a narcissist is useless. No contact is the best strategy. They are self-deluded and self-deceived.

Unfortunately with some narcissists even with no contact they still destroy your life. It all depends on the circumstances. Sometimes they change victims, but they never quit. They aren't capable of changing, as they see no issue with their behavior. That's how sick and twisted they really are!!!!!!!

The flying monkeys are the worst for the victim because they enable the abuse and it never stops. My child's dad is a narcopath. With out watching this video this is what I personally experienced. When you figure out you are are dealing with a narc the narc will put on a full court press. Remember it’s all a game in their mind. Remedy; expose what they are to everyone you know who knows the narc. And when you are in the narc’s presence and they are performing one of their pre rehearsed performance of smoke and mirrors, interrupt them and start clapping your hands and tell them to their face “that was an Oscar winning performance. You really deserve a trophy for that one.” My sisters jaw hit the floor and my narc dad was instantly pissed at me for blowing his cover. Sis had no idea. I immediately closed the door on that relationship and never looked back and was never again bothered by my dad. He sold everything and left town and moved to his vacation home in Florida. An old single wide house trailer in a national forest and literally died with a hole in his heart.

I thought if she could fine someone (me) who would care for her like no one else had, maybe she could cool her jets. As you might be thinking reading this, yes, BIG mistake. I am still not done processing although we were forced apart over a year ago. Nearly ended me and all I can think is empathy for her environment. She will continue to spread pain. Debate is, does she truly know it? As a result of her disability, she is obviously accustomed to assistance, but why this level of toxicity? I have a very difficult time thinking, let alone with playing with the notion of accepting, she created the toxic environment purposely. Very difficult to admit I got caught up in this...

I see I am in a bad way.. I was married 28 years. I say was because he violated our marriage. So without going into further detail, I can only say that due to my past - before him, and the kind of betrayal he did, I just cannot go back to being his wife. I know that many would feel I am wrong no matter what, but please keep in mind, all details should be known before passing judgment. If it is that I then spend the rest of my life without a special someone, so be it. Oh- and we still live together but a room mates. I sleep on the couch. It's not as hard as one may think because I absolutely love him as my best friend, but we lost the attraction. We just are not 'in love' anymore. I will try to make the rest brief as possible. By that time I'm getting older, mid 50's and get my first smart phone. I know Nothing of any form of social media. Everyone says Facebook. Yea, that was cool, but then found Instagram and really liked that because their were artists, poet's and musicians - right down my alley. Until one day I received a message from A guy that was quite different then others that you could tell from jump were up to no good. I kept thi king 'there's just something about this guy'..yes, I was hooked by a catfisher... that was 4 years ago, and I am STILL talking to him. I fell in love with him and thought he did me. Over the past year, I seem to be coming out of my daze with him. Too many unanswered questions, too many lies. So now I am in that horrible place. Not k owing where to go or who to turn to. I am highly introverted, so don't really like showing my closet, in fact, I have no idea why I am at this moment. Things now, as I look back, are so obvious, that I honestly feel like I am coming out of a spell or deep dream fantasy world. What sucks is that world was so much happier. After I get done with this man, I am leaving all social media- I have anyway really as he has isolated me from most everyone. Wish me luck and pray for me. This won't be easy.

Hello not a good idea to be living with your husband as things are is very easy for me to say get out and stay out you are a young women please have the courage and to make a new life for yourself he is not going to change it won't be easy the good Lord did not promise us a rose garden wishing you the best for the future tell yourself that you deserve to be happy in your own skin

@@maurakennedy5952 Awe, such kind words, thank you. The living with husband thing is more complicated then you know. Neither of us have anywhere else to go. I can't work, I've had spinal surgeries & the trauma of finding out that I hadn't known my husband for 30 years, put me in hospital for CHF. - heart failure. He literally broke it. All the doctors & heart specialists couldn't find the cause even though they put cameras through my neck and up my arm and into my heart. Anyway, I would never have the heart to leave him and collect alimony because we are poor as it is. And we do get along fine as friends Thank you again for your kindness. It gives me hope. 💚💙💜

How they can nearly destroy someone and be completely normal with the guy next to you is beyond me, but definitely evil to the core. They don't deserve to "live"

Our family narc. has been long exposed & went silent years ago but now the old fart needs help so he’s gotten much nicer, but he has not changed. We’re all still stupid, beneath him & he just knows we’re saying & thinking stupid things. He changes our passwords without telling us, he changes the thermostat setting, all kinds of sneaky crap & then LIES. He scratches major appliances, leaves fingerprints on the walls, just petty little things to bug us. The things families put up with to care for older relatives!!! The grandkids see all this & Im sure the pattern will not repeat with them.

It's damn messed up when your children are the narcissist : and won't let you see your grandchild . I would like to slap her head right off: and I am not a violent person . But I would enjoy it very much to do that.😊

No, they have not deceived me at all. I’ve been standing my ground all along the problem I’m having with besides knowing what they are, and who they are and what type of people they are, is bringing them out in the open and having charges pressed against them so they could be held accountable like any other person that gets caught when they commit criminal acts. Even if it’s just a misdemeanor or a felony. That’s the problem I’m having is having them convicted for their crimes that they have been committing for years and years and years of abuse. And some of them include county officials. Lawyers members of the board of directors in my H O A and they’re flying monkeys.

Hi yes I relate to this happened several times to the cost of my son and grandaughter who have been turned against me with lies and deception. This is my only son and little 3 year old, they live in Germany so I only see my grandaughter on occasions on facetime. Which is limited ,she talks of my grandaughter needing things knowing I will send money or that they are struggling again I send money, this is a repeat thing, then comes the discard the arguments, follow where she goes into a vicious attack on me saying I said this or that which is total lies, she gets my son to text and say that I have upset her and I must apologise or he won't speak to me again. I am a total empath,my father and ex husband were also narcissist. So third time unlucky how can I get my son back, and see my little beautiful grandaughter I'm so at a block here I ask for help or direction ,but the people that do these videos don't offer any input in these messages.????

Unfortunately, although they deserve it, we would have to go against our own good nature to do it, which would corrupt us further, which plays into the narcissists game, even when trying to destroy them. Remember the narcissist is jealous of our goodness and integrity and they want to sabotage us and make us like them. We may not get to see it, but they will pay a high price eventually, when they have the golden chord (emotional memory stick) removed from their spinal line and holographically played back to them, they will have to feel the pain of every loveless deed they ever orchestrated., without the ability to deflect or justify.

Document if it's at work. No matter how passive aggressive the bullying was. Don't put it off. Otherwise when the narc falsely accuses you will have written record. When you report the bullying, to refer back to. You cannot just let it go,or, quit if it's your boss. Ignoring them is good but if you want to keep your job, journal every incident, document the inappropriate behavior. Don't keep it where it can be discovered. Also don't assume no one else notices. Chances are they do. With the exception of people being love bombed. I know it's hard when they lovebomb everyone and everything around.
