Did you know that we have anywhere from 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts a day - and 80 percent of them are negative? Here's a healthy way to cope with that. Step outside yourself. Think what you would say to a friend or family member who was going through something really difficult. And then talk to yourself that way. In short, be your own best friend.
