This update/patch was the scariest. As, it is also when my laptop broke while I was playing. I thought it was a part of the effect of the story content, then I noticed that it persisted outside the pgr window. So yeah, it was the scariest update for me.

Guys, this was so much fun, I loved hearing you guys banter, discuss and analyse the chapter. Please make more! This was the first chapter I experienced in PGR- it really set the tone for me. Never had such a trippy experience in a game before. And yes, Bianca's eyes are golden. A lot of the examples given of "gold" eyed constructs I would interpret as straight up yellow and/or glowing. Golden eyes or any colour don't necessarily have to glow.

isn't it weird how some new frames are not optimized enough and the researchers be like oh you'll figure something out during your mission and the bianca, liv and no21 had to figure stuff out themselves with varyingly degrees of success, liv almost getting insane, bianca had to overcome herself and no21 had to let go of cobot and grow up + she had to let go of the fear of not belonging somewhere. God, Im watching this and thinking "GOOD LORD YOU ARE SO NOT READY FOR CRADLE PARADE" (Ive basically done a mass marathon of all Renewal chapters up to Cradle Parade after Polaris Bond came out, since I finished Aeon Reforged during that patch and I was hella confused coz I played it right after finishing Akdilek chapter) given that it basically felt like Kuro looked at Across the Ruined Sea and went "hmmm, what if we made this, but turned it into SOMA?" (iykyk I wont spoil if you havent played SOMA), only to read your pinned comment and realizing "ah, thats why it feels like Cradle Parade wasnt released when you recorded this" xDDDDDDDDD. Honestly, I am still incredibly uncomfortable with all the things Cradle Parade hinted at, not even counting the whole transhumanist questions of "what is the difference between a clone and 'the original' being", the entire chapter really did the scifi horror genre justice, while also dropping a lot of important information on Lithos specifically, all of which connect back to Across the Ruined Sea. I cannot imagine reading Cradle Parade and having that flashback moment to all these hints that they dropped ruing Across the Ruined Sea regarding Lithos and Cthylla, and I also cannot imagine finishing Cradle Parade, only to have to wait for a while for Aeon Reforged and after reading it being like "wait, HOW DID WE GET HERE??? WHAT ABOUT THE CORPSE PARADE???". I am still incredibly confused and awaiting answers, however Aeon Reforged and Polaris have revealed a lot of key backstory on the world before Punishing, hence I have become content with not seeking answers for the stuff that happened during Cradle Parade, but I am still nervous for the time those things come into play again...because its going to be big and its going to be extremely unsettling...if Cradle Parade is anything to go offa. Anyways, thanks for reading this massive essay of a comment, for the next horror inspired chapters, given that EX05 very much had the vibe of Silent Hill and maybe a bit of Resident Evil?, I am personally really hoping theyll either go full cosmic horror/HPL or theyll take inspiration from something more obscure like Kafkas Metamorphosis, or even Process (though that might be a bit too far). Either way, Kuro knows how to cook these chapters, so Im just trying to be a bit...greedier (wink) with my wishes. I love this game.

i liked vanessa's story, yes she was a mean person and unforgivable! She was still hardworking though even if she only cared about results and not her teammates, didn't she blow up her constructs as well... yeah y'know teasell running away from her seems to be a pretty normal reaction and bambinata stayin gwith her too cause she is her doll for vanessa to abuse and yet she seems rather afraid to lose her too, especially bambinata. It's as if she cares about the old relationship they had and is frustrated because bambinata keeps losing her memories. She just couldn't accept that!
