Coach gave up on him. How you gonna bring in a pg with high iq and pretty much use him as a puppet. He never let him run any of his plays. Reason why Luka and Rick didn’t like each other.

I mean that's not an excuse to literally just stop trying though in the middle of the game. I'm not saying that the coaching handled it well but rondo earned all the scorn and he gets from Dallas fans. I'm a Celtics fan so I have pretty fun memories of him but there was no justifying that s***** pulled in Dallas when he literally stopped trying for huge portions of a game.
