That Couch case was bullshit! When I was on a 2 year probation I had completed more than half, I think I had like 4 months left, at that time of my life I was a bad drug addict and had to basically get my morning fix, long story short I caught another case and was sentenced to 4 years for the new case and the full 2 years on the probation, I wasn't given any credit for the months I had completed because the law states that if you violate the probation you do all the time. My cases were property theft without getting into it too much, this kid killed while driving drunk and he continued to drink after and all he got was 2 years for violating his probation, he left the state which in itself is a violation! But then he was drinking again. I guess money talks!
@NicoliRavioli1172 жыл бұрын
There is no justice in America unless your wealthy. I GUARANTEE if that Couch kid would’ve been some poor kid from a poor family w/a public defender, he wdv done at least 10 years in prison. Rightly so though considering the crime. And if he violated probation, he wdv gone back and done ALL his time. It’s such a crock. I wish people would realize how much classism there is in this country. Especially when it comes to the legal system. It’s complete bull 💩.
@vanhattfield82922 жыл бұрын
The judge gave you a break the first time you got caught, regaedless of whatever your financial status is, by giving you probation and nor sentencing you to prison. While still on probabation, you committed another crime and go caught. When you didn't meetthe terms of your existing probation and committed additional crimes before it was complete, of course the judge is going sentence you to prison and hold you to the conditions of upir probabtion. How can he not? You were given a chance to stay out of jail with a requirement for you to meet the conditions you agreed to and you didn't do it. Whatever anyone else did or was sentenced to has nothing to do with you, you only had to worry about yourself and you would have been fine. If you had not been given probation for your first offense, you could maybe argue things arent fair but you got probation... 🤔🤔
@mindyschocolate2 жыл бұрын

@@mindyschocolate Do you have any examples for this?
@vanhattfield82922 жыл бұрын
@@mindyschocolate You do see that he said he was broke and suffering from addiction and was NOT sentenced to prison, but only received probation. It was not until he committed additional crimes and violated his probation that he was then sentenced to prison. How is this an example that rich people receive lesser sentencng because this is literally an example of a poor person receiving the lowest initial punishment for being found guilty and only receiving a harsher punishment after committing additional crimes? 🤔🤔

How about "When Carl Mason Goes Wrong"? Not anything bad. Bloopers. Out takes. Just times when you had trouble with these names or just broke out laughing. The "human" side of Carl Mason. Not just the voice.

How about a show on " When robbing the dope house goes wrong " there are a couple really awful cases here in Indianapolis one being the Hamilton st. Murders it was bad. And another was a quadruple murder on the south side also very bad and I am sure there are other states with some stories to tell also. Anyway, just a suggestion.

It not surprising those with money tried to buy their way out or said "hey I am rich, I have affluenza." Being rich does sometimes breed that self-entitlement and feeling superior to non-rich and court system. Look at recently Pelosi's husband got drunk at Golf Club Resort, left in the wee hours of the morning and smashed into a car. Police came, he was detained and given Breathalyzer only after 6 hours. Still blew over limit (that takes some feat). Suddenly, "no charges will be laid. There is no evidence he was drunk." And of course, nothing said about him pulling out into on coming car.

I am already poor and very handsome myself! This video deserves a Part 2! What about the John DuPont filantropist and murderer? Even his story made a winning Oscar movie!!!

How delusional the rich/offspring of the rich are! But I guess when you have that kind of $, you can afford to be that delusional.

the Mexican being televised for bribing the cops is actually funny, if you get pulled over down there they expect you to just slide some pesos with your ID. It probably made the news because it was only 100 pesos, and not 500 lol. With not having tax and everything being cheaper in Mexico your money truly does go a long way. I was into sales and I always let my tourists know that the cig's were 2 dollars a pack and they went loco. Watch out for taxi's though, their seats are taken out and the new chairs installed are positioned in a way where your pockets just empty. I lost my phone early on there, and soon realized it was very common and friends filled me in. Cops are corrupt though before rant started, you can pay them and get out of stuff just don't make it 5 bucks.

That affluenza one is the worst. Disgusting, and he kept breaking the law afterwards too. Judges are garbage and so is that whole family.

Affluenza!? That worked? Justice has no bounds of depravity when money is involved.

Would you rather be rich and ugly or poor and beautiful? I'm already poor and beautiful 🤪 lol I can't stop the ugly, but I'll hope for some cash flow coming in my near future. 🤞

I would rather be poor and beautiful. When you're beautiful, you don't even need your own money. Just be nice to the gentlemen, Fancy and they'll be nice to you. 😜🤑😘
