@@dengen324 Going woke was easier to discount the fans reactions to low character development, and gave rise to blaming the fans for not accepting the 1D characters they were churning out. It just takes too long to make money with character development. If they can shame people over developing an audience they (thought) they would make more money faster, and score points with the Left who was giving them money during Covid. They became in affect propaganda for Left leaning causes - because it was easier. They don't realize fans have a choice and will leave beloved IPs when not treated right. Hard lessons, lets hope they realize what is happening before it is all burned to the ground.

Here’s a fun fact: Chris Evans in the Shawarma end credit scene looked sad and the reason is because he had to grow a beard for an upcoming movie he was going to be in and they had to put prosthetic make up on him to hide the beard and he said it was very uncomfortable

I can't believe a franchise could be so good, and then fall so far...oh wait...Star Wars gives the MCU a run for the money.

I don't know if I can think of a more iconic actor/character embodiment. RDJ as Tony Stank was the universe showing off imho. The universe likes to show off, it does it plenty of times but this was also one of them I think.

The blueberry story is basically a perfect illustration why RDJ is the perfect cast for Tony Stark. Tony Stark would be exactly the guy to say "There's your rules, and then there's things that I do, because I don't care about your rules." This attitude is exactly what makes this character believable, and RDJ having these moments and traits as well just makes sense.

imagine you just casually working at a local shawarma joint and a bunch of people with superhero costumes and a ton of camera man just casually walk in.

You forgot to add that Evans had a massive facial prosthetic to cover up the beard that he had grown for Snowpiercer in that shawarma aftershot scene.... GOOD VID!!!! Thanks!

there are people that are meant to play certain role. RDJr is Ironman, as Hugh Jackman is Wolverine and Johnny Depp is Jack Sparrow. I cant imagine anyone else playing them.

when you have a great actor and the realisation has the freedom and the gut to "play" with it and let him do his thing, it can creates miracles. For that you need a great cast, that works together and finds that alchemy, you need a production that let´s them impersonate the characters and play with it, you also need a story that allows it. We are lucky all was there for these MCU series of film.

Yay! This is why we loved the old MCU. Get really talented performers and let them develop and flesh out their characters....somewhere that got hijacked with a soulless corporation driven only by greed.

I love all of his improvised lines. I think what makes me love them is bcs all of them lines are what makes him more human rather than just a genius superhero being. I get it why most ppl are convinced RDJ is being paid to play himself. It's somehow very difficult to differentiate btw Tony Stark and RDJ
