The "I just need one more hit" had me in tears 😢. Addiction can happen so quickly, especially with prescription drugs. I've been a witness to this in my own family. I took off the "strong black woman cape" because it was killing me!! And when I did, I was called weak. Welp, those people are no longer in my life (blood family and so-called friends), and my mental health is now amazing by the GRACE 🙏🏾. Writers, thank you for showing this reality for the "strong black woman" who takes care of everyone else but themselves! Ro, you did an amazing job with this performance 👏🏾
