This makes me think a lot. About my fiance who's with another man now. My grandmother, a wonderful and kind woman now has dementia and won't remember anything soon enough. My aunt with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. God will be calling a very special angel home soon. My lost shipmates. Growing old is beautiful yet so painful sometimes.

The same happened to me, I understand how much it hurts… But most of our partners choose to leave when we are not around. Maybe they don’t want us to suffer so much.
