I mean I wouldn't want to be outside in those temperatures but I will say in Northern New England at the tippity top we have cold winter days that reach -50 sometimes and that's just how it is around here. Again I wouldn't want to be out in it but I think again your body adjust to the temperatures that you are used to so that's why Floridians will think that 60/70 ° is chili or cold or Texans think that too but to us that's like a hot day in the spring.
