I love you ladies, a friend shared this link with me when I discussed starting out a supported living business. I am a nurse and have been for 14years. I have done hospital community, care homes, school care package, mental health and even health visiting. As an agency nurse, diversifying skills in all the area is a key but I am at a point where I have the urge of setting up my own business. Also seeing how some care providers offer care service and focus so much on money and kpi and forget about the service user/ client has made me even want to go out in this route. I have requested for a brochure on the franchise and can't wait to go through it. #ladiesbosses# I like it.. I take my hat off to you ladies 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿

This video really resonates with me. I have four children, a social worker and my precious commodity is "time". I have lost two family members in the space of two days and I really want to be there for people as well as my children, my husband and even myself. My friend has had a hip replacement and I cant be there for her as much as I want. 24 minutes in, both of you hit me hard about being emotionally available to others whilst being financially comfortable. REST? right now I dont know what this is. Your smiles are a testament of what freedom, being financially stable and putting in hard work is.
