idk if this ever gets completely solved in the video or not but for the viewers that are confused, may's mr dolphin is a "charge input" special move. Basically, you have to hold back for half a second then press forward and an attack button to get the special move out. She also has vertical mr dolphin which is holding down for 30 frames and then up+attack. Part of the reason the move is so spammable is that it doesn't matter what you're doing while holding back, you could be walking back, crouch blocking, or even be mid mr dolphin while building charge.
@nathandam6415 Жыл бұрын
Learning charge motions is hard but it's totally worth it tbh. You feel the actual weight of the special move rather than just pressing a button and making it come out.

I think Strive would be a great game for Jacob to play for a main channel video. It’s really easy to learn and get into - The in game tutorials are amazing, most of the inputs and combos are easy, and it’s so flashy and stylized that doing the most basic of FG stuff still feels fun. Since season 3 is coming out soon, there’s probably a lot of new people getting into it (and people from SF6/Project L) so it would be a good algorithm game. Also Anji (the character Jo played at the end) is bi. So there’s another gay character for Jacob to play
