The Coven: The Dreamweaver, Enchanter, Illusionist, Medusa, Conjuror, Jinx, Ritualist, Coven Leader, Hex Master, Witch, Necromancer, Poisoner, Potion Master, Voodoo Master and Wildling
The Town: Coroner, Investigator, Lookout, Psychic, Seer, Sheriff, Spy, Tracker, Deputy, Trickster, Veteran, Vigilante, Jailor, Mayor, Monarch, Prosecutor, Bodyguard, Cleric, Crusader, Trapper, Admirer and Amnesiac
The Neutral Apocalypse: Baker, Famine, Berserker, War, Plaguebearer, Pestilence, Soul Collector and Death
Neutral Evil: Executioner, Jester, Doomsayer, Pirate
Neutral Killing: Arsonist, Serial Killer, Shroud and Werewolf

reminds me of when I tracked a sheriff claim to conf them, I got the achievement to see someone visit you and the sheriff claim was a Werewolf and I died

Reminds me of another time when I tracked a person who was a good friend of mine. I thought they were a killer, as they were acting kinda suspicious, but not really defending anyone. I visited their house, and my friend was at someone else’s house. My friend apparently weren’t a killer, and I was charged with 10 months of jail-time for breaking and entering. Ah, good times.

I think it always is, when there is low amount of evils. I myself had a game, when I was so confused as Vigi that I couldn't hold myself and shot at N4, but it was a townie. ^^

Very high. When I'm spy, I always bug the player named "bread". Every time I see they have bread, I out them as baker. They are scrolling. In TOS1 Classic "Yuck, I know". I needed the 25 wins as witch achievement so I went back to classic long enough with witch scrolls to get the wins. I named myself "Witch" and "Coven Leader" every game. It was pretty obvious I was witch.

That second game reminded me of that one match I was a solo HM: there were at most five evils/neutrals (myself included). The next match there were like five town members and the rest were neutrals/apoc/coven. That’s All Any in a nutshell everyone.

I had a game in ToS1 where it was a single Mafioso who died D2 and 14 Town. And then a game with just a Medium and Escort amongst 13 evils(we won, I was the Escort). But those were 2 games out of the almost 4000 I had played. So it is rare. But happens.

Hey pipe: What sorts of people do you think that a spy should be trying to bug? I played my first Spy game recently, and gathered basically no useful information the whole game because of it. I even got hung and admitted "Yeah, I'd probably hang me too." 'Cause I found nothing. What do you think is a good strategy to actually get good info as spy? Should you be trying to bug people you think are sus?

Witch could of prevented ignite, as they could of witched the arso on themselves and the arsonist would be doused, allowing another 2 days before igniting, unless arso is suicidal

Survivor rework idea: - On up to 3 nights, you may hide at another player's house, avoids all harmful and helpful visits. - If the house you visit is attacked that night, you will die. - If you visit the same player twice, you befriend them. They learn that a survivor has visited them, and your objective changes to "Survive to see your friend's faction win". Reasoning: - Increases agency and depth in the Survivor playstyle by increasing the number of options each night, without a strict more risk / less risk hierarchy. - Introduces more diversity and confirmability. To spies and attackers, a vest is indistinguishable from an NK's immunity, while hiding confirms a Survivor to those roles. - Adds an option to preempt kingmaking.

I had 2 games recently with stupid players 1)Silent vig decides to be stupid & shoots another silent vig N2 when town has a 1f1 between 2 other people cause of a dead Psy will. I was the silent vig who got shot & I shot a person in the 1f1 & I hit something with def. Vig who shot me said "The shot was justified cause you didn't vote up the coven member who got hung" Fact; Even though he was coven he got upped/hung for no reason at all. There was no sus on this guy & he had nothing to do with the 1f1. The few who were dead & the remaining living "Are you an idiot vig?" "Why didn't you shoot someone in the 1f1?" "What the heck was that vig doing? He should have shot someone in the 1f1" 2)Last living coven, a confirmed Jinx but no one knows who Jinx is, vs 1 outed baker vs 2 townies vs 1 outed Pirate[me]. Jinx who is fake claiming Psy decides to start pushing the only ally they have left, the Pirate. Pirate gets upped, Jinx/Baker guilty, the 2 townies inno. Instead of leaving it at that or trying to push the non-claiming townie the Jinx decides to revote the Pirate thus sealing their fate. Pirate kills Jinx & get's their win & the two remaining townies hang the baker.

last game is it baker or famine the lynching of baker in with less than 3 players seem impossible (not including the Baker) as the game kills the baker due to starvation.

I think I have watched enough of Pipe's games to think this. Game1: Day 3 12 claimed Psy with 15 4 and 3. He posted his Night 1 will day 3 and LO saw 12 go to 1 on Night 2 which made Pipe think he was TP. Clearly must be fake. Edit: I stand corrected, either Voodoo Night 1 or just newish for not posting every day

Genuine question, is the words "flummery" and "tarnation" a populat wording in tos 1 leaked into tos 2 thats why people are saying it so much? its funny though instead of actual curses

Nah, both games have a profanity filter that will auto-detect swear words and change them to those words Ex: f**k = tarnation S**t = flummery D**n = gee golly I do, however, believe that some people actually say the filter words in-game because it’s funny

If you could make a compilation of me dying n1 and d2 by coven/nk/conj you would only need a 6hr recording session for a 10min vid. I think I deleted that vod already but on that day I died n1, NEVER GOT VISITED AS VET, died n1, died n1, THOUGHT I LIVED AND GOT CONJD D2. Targetting is such a massive issue in this game. Edit: Can confirm actually as I have dms with Tuba on this day (18/11/23) about me getting killed n1 over and over and over again and have the screenshot of me being knighted, then conjd and I also have the vod still.
