The 17:30 took me a while untilI finally understood it, even after I played braum a few times. Basically what happened was that braums rune stone was guardian or whatever it's called from the resolve tree, guarding allies within range and giving both you and them a shield upon taking damage, and because of how it works, the shield will always tale said damage
