It’s not a bad strategy. I had trouble processing a lot of civil & crim procedure questions in bar review & I’ve never been a fan of watching real courtrooms beyond mediation shows, but watching sovereign citizens, butcher the process, largely because they’re trying to apply misunderstood federal law to state law actually helped me a lot prepping for the bar exam. A handful of judges that took the time to explain the process to sovcits helped me understand how motions and evidence processes work outside books.

He's in Court and being tried for a crime, WHY on earth is he not expected to be identified by his legal name for such a serious proceeding???? It's great how the Judge mocks him and he has no clue it's happening, but it's no less infuriating.

Because he's grabbed on to the SovCit theology.

He has no system of beliefs. He’s simply regurgitating some crap off a piece of paper that another grifter told him would slow down the trial. In short, he’s a criminal POS who will end up in prison.

The lawyers on both sides, are absolutely useless! I can't believe how many times the judge has to explain basic rules to them. It's embarrassingly bad! 😳

Why is the defense council telling the witness what the court rules? That's not her job. What was her point?

The guy on the stand in white, isn't on Trial!! In California drugs/ weed ect, is 100% legal.... Yall are being so mean to a 19 year old kid, who may or may not have money!! The Fact is, he got robbed, and beat up by these guys that are facing charges! Do I agree with what this kid was doing, no!! But he's being honest and hence why these guys are on Trial....

The defense attorney is one of the most pretentious people I have ever heard speak. I know pretentious. I live in a D-I university town and worked at the uni for many years. This woman is pompous and is working hard to intimidate and confuse the witness. Glad the witness didn't try to decipher all of the pieces of her long-winded questions.
