the judge actually has great patience, as there's more sovereign citizen's such as Darrell Brooks for example. Watch that trial, and how the judge goes about it. This judge is the same. I respect the judge and her patience. Her courtesy and Decorum. She's a true Patient Judge which is what people NEED to actually get through the whole process of the court case. Like The darrell case I brought up, he's CONSTANTLY being disrespectful to the court and the judge and the JUDGE actually puts up with it. When you see the sentencing, you'd understand WHY she lets this attitude pass. It's so they can add it to their sentencing. Their attitude in the court has a play in their sentencing.

Well people can have traumatic brain injuries that can cause problems with interpersonal interactions, that's actually true, but people who KNOW that about themselves can engage in behaviors to mitigate it. @nctpti2073

@@freelanceminion7396 The point is that it is not that simple. It is not necessarily merely a free choice to behave that way. If such a person is always able to mitigate down to there being no issue, then such conditions would likely be deemed not to exist at all. I don’t have to do anything except breathe and die.” Mom/Judge: “Well, one of those things is going to happen soon if you don’t go to your room.” Kid/Footloose: “I hate you!” Mom/Judge: “Tell me something I haven’t heard before” 5 min later/5 min court recess Kid/Footloose: “Mom ….. can I have $59 for the new Call of Duty game?” / “ZERO DOLLARS!!…..” Mom/Judge: “Not until you clean your room.” Kid/Footloose: “Oh my God! You are the worst mother/judge in the world! All my friends have the new Call of Duty and their moms clean their rooms for them!!! I don’t have to do what you say because I’m a …… sovereign citizen ….” See how easily the kid’s arguments morph into the sovereign citizen’s arguments.

I would love to know what disability it is that causes him TO BE INCREDIBLY LOUD!!!!! Sorry but he does that to play it up for the camera. If it was not there he would not do it. Either way, I have seen Judges throw people in jail for much less. During the Casey Anthony trial I remember out of the blue the judge stopped everything then called this woman from the gallery up front. If I am remembering correctly (it was over 10 years ago) she was laughing or chewing gum or something as incredibly minor as that. Judge told her she knew the rules and that she was in contempt. Gave her 3 days in jail. That was not the only person that happened to during the trial either. Of course what really got everyone upset is that Caseys mom not only lied on the stand but got caught with proof. She was never charged with purgery. How do you put people in jail for a tiny infraction like gum but not do it for lying on the stand?

To the officer, he attends many different incidents a day and the SovCit expects him to remember everything in minute detail on an incident that happened weeks or even months ago. This is why Body Worn Video is a useful tool. His own videos and behaviour in court demonstrated his disorderly conduct. He was in a residential area and had no thought for the people who live there. I’m less than halfway into the video. Does the prosecution ever ask the defendant to offer documentation for his medical diagnosis of being unable to modulate the volume of his voice? Because that needs to happen, since he’s obviously going to continue using that as what he thinks is his get-out-of-jail-free card. Too often people claim nonexistent medical prognoses, and it needs to stop.

I love Law Talk with Mike, Team Skeptic, and it was fun to see Unclean Hands and Ms.Davis in the comments as well. So many great people together - it made my day. My son also couldn't control the volume of his voice when excited - when he was FOUR YEARS OLD!! What really makes me angry about him blaming his behavior on his disability is that he thinks his disability gives him immunity to act that way. I have two autistic children with a number of comorbid behavioural diagnoses - they weren't allowed in social settings unless they could behave properly. I know younger people with more serious brain traumas who have learned to contain themselves when needed - even if that means excusing yourself until you get control of your emotions. Seven year olds can learn this. So, if my brain injury somehow causes me to stick pins into every person I see who's wearing red, do we shrug and say to the person who gets stuck: "well, you were wearing red, so you can't do anything about it"? If you are so low functioning that you can't follow the basic rules of society, you require a support person to monitor and assist with your behaviour; you do not get a free pass to be an asshole and be allowed to behave in a manner for which any other person would be jailed. This guy resembles what my son could have turned into if I hadn't taught him what is acceptable and unacceptable behaviour - a.k.a., parenting.

One thing is that the defendant probably wants to be punished with jail time, based on his destructive behavior. This can be due to many factors. What is both startling and disappointing is that he is given the opportunity to act in this way without the judge reprimanding him. Since the accused has a long history as previously accused and punished, I have great difficulty in seeing any mitigating circumstances. A long time within the walls, is the only proper punishment for this idiot, who by his cheering in the hall, and the filming of this case, in addition, seems encouraging to people with the same ideas and behavior.

Imagine…being convicted for Disorderly Conduct and then literally engaging in Disorderly Conduct while being sentenced…and then NOT BEING CHARGED WITH CONTEMPT. This is so annoying to me. His entitlement is being nurtured every time he aggressively orders the judge, “you need to…” and she does absolutely nothing.

That judge should be reprimanded for not placing him under arrest for his actions in the court room. Maybe if they would hold these people to the full extent of the law instead of tiptoeing around them they may learn they can’t do what they want

NH resident here- back when I had a lead foot, if you had a fine, you could go to jail for a certain amount of time based on the fine amount - you earned a certain amount of money off your fine per day. I’m not sure what the exact amount was. I usually met nicely with the prosecutor and negotiated the fine down. In this case a spoonful of sugar is much more effective than a gallon of vinegar - and - I think I been to that exact court in fact!

When I called the police for a domestic violence event with my neighbors, the dispatch asked me if I wanted to talk to the police when they arrived. I said no, I didn't want it to be obvious I had called the police, but I had video clips from my doorbell camera if they wanted to obtain it at a later date or give me a way to send it to them digitally. That gives me reason to believe it's not uncommon for them to not talk to the individual that called.

At 1:28:00, that is the moment I was waiting for. When he walked up with the cane, holding it what is generally considered to be backwards and no using it in relation to his gait, I suspected it, like his "head injury" that caused issues when it suited him, was/is nothing more than a ruse, a con by a manipulative little man with issues. Seeing him get up and strut to the witness stand like a perfectly health individual, well, I think it's clear.

It sounds to me, like the intention of the ordinance is to prevent picketing/protesting at private residences. Regardless of who the occupant of that private residence is. They are not saying you cannot protest in front of the capitol building. They are saying that you cannot target an individuals home and make them feel unsafe. The fact that they had to have 10 state troopers there between the mob and my home would make me feel rather unsafe.

I don't think there is any problem blocking picketing in front of a residence. Regardless of whether it is a governor or a private citizen. Picket the governor's office and things like that but not their private residence. They have family and neighbours that deserve protections as well. Also he has perfect control of his voice. Being an a$$hole is not a disability. Also this judge should not be letting him talk to witnesses this way. Edit: It really annoys me that these people keep giving these jerks a break. He is yelling at her after she cut him a break. Teach people like this a lesson.
