The problem wasn't that there was no fast travel point. The problem was that Roach would hit a pebble while in full gallop and go dead stop.

Its better to run than to use roach when you reach certain cities/villages imo

btw, idk if it is a bug or something else, i have that fast travel point in game and it's active, but it doesn't appear on map even if i use console command to show all fast travel points

Yeah that's a nice addition. The signpost appears there only after you finish all your business in Crow's Perch. It's not listening to complaints, it's more like an insult 😀
