Yeah, I noticed this bug aswell. Right when the content update released, I tried playing old hotel, but instead sending me to the old lobby model and the old elevators only brought you to the current version.

When you play Hotel-, everyone's knobs go to 999. I guess it's so they could buy everything in the shop, not sure if it's a bug or not After you stop the run, your knobs will return to the original amount
