How does the meter work? Supposedly bad things happen when it is below 50%, but sometimes a mini medstation spawns when i am below 50%???

so everytime you get a guitar riff there will be a harden event? and what do the different pitches do

Higher guitar riff pitches are (Supposedly) positive events such as empty rooms or unlocked doors; if the stress meter is full then a station will spawn in the next 10 seconds or so. Though I'm not sure if the riffs correlate to the NEXT Emissary action or the Emissary action that happens as the riff plays, even with the Intervention perk, you only know that the Emissary is throwing you something or trying to throw you under the bus. Very deep guitar riffs I almost always assume an NPC is labeled as a stabber and normal-ish riffs I would expect door traps or locked doors at the very least. Don't take my word for it though, with every guitar riff, I always assume the Emissary is trying to trigger harden events.

They're mostly added afterwards But a lot of the Emissary actions can also be guessed just by your gut. The pitch of the riff signals what kind of action the Emissary is doing next. And sometimes the Emissary does something you immediately notice.
