I feel like as Coroner you should be able to tell if a body has been disturbed when you autopsy it, maybe even know by which role it was disturbed, retri or necro. "This corpse has signs of being given a second, it must have been raised by a Retributionist." "This corpse has signs of being cursed to walk once more, it must have been reanimated by a Necromancer."

It's common for cov to reveal when apoc comes out because apoc is almost always priority, although that honestly probably shouldn't apply to pesti because it's so weak. If you're getting pushed after apoc comes out just claim coven if you're not 'confirmed' as townie.
