Same thing is happening to me. I dated my ex-girlfriend for four years. Just for her to discard me and ghost me many times. Go from being nice to all of a sudden changing to be mean right away. And whenever I would be feeling down just for her not to care. My ex last texted me some time in June of this year. So, it's been about three months if you don't count June. And Andrew definitely helps out a lot. Especially with uploading videos every day. I spent about a year and seven months of trying to get my ex-girlfriend back. Because I always got those good memories coming back to haunt me. I'm finally starting to heal. Blocked my ex on everything even though she blocked me already on pretty much everything. I hope your healing journey goes well and wishing you the best. Even though we don't know each other. But dealing with what a narcissist does to us is so bad and hard to forget.

I really gave her everything and allways helped her with a lot of problems, supporting her like a best friend and with thru love as a partner but allways the mind games and desinformation man playing behind my back. People/friends don't really understand this because the don't know how it was and how this do to you as a person, she went behind my back with guys when I was in surgery too intstead of being by my side 💔totally gutted and in a very dark place now... I feal thesame I don't know you but can understand your pain my friend. Yes this channel gives a lot of information to try to grasp it while Andrew gives you healing so keep listening to him too it really really helps even if it's just for a moment but im there everyday and his words are really really needed. Keep thinking about all the things she did to you and not the few good memories, its important that you are true to yourself what really happend, but i know its really really hard when they do what they do and discard your soul. Keep your head high and talk in the communitys to find comfort❤️

@@bullypit2913 Narcissists block us to make us feel unstable and crazy. They also like to know that they have power. Since they know how we feel about them. They might talk to you again. But sadly my ex narcissist would discard me about 7 or 8 times. She would barely text, take days to text, and never really care about what I was saying. Narcissistic people only care about the attention that we give them. But if the narcissist ever finds a new source they will start to discard you. The best thing to do is try to not think about that person, don't look them up on social media, and don't text that person if they aren't texting you. Also another good thing to remember is to remember how much time and energy you're spending on that person. While that person doesn't really care and isn't trying as much as you are. And one more thing I would recommend is to watch more videos about narcissist to learn about how they act. And I hope that you'll be able to start healing soon.

So when something happens you will understand what that person is doing to you. Just wait for that person to text you back. I've been blocked and it definitely hurts. Not knowing why you're blocked and not being able to reach out to that person. I dated my ex for four years. Sadly spent about 7 months of hoping to get back with my ex while we were still talking. And then all of sudden my ex stopped messaging after we had a normal conversation. I would say it's been about a year. My ex had last texted me sometime in July of last year and then all of sudden just stopped texting me without saying anything.

Ignore them back and have peace and quiet is my strategy. The vulnerable narcissist i know does this every time I miss her call. I have learned to miss the call to get a day or so if peace before she starts up again. I'm her only source for supply as everyone else go sick of it, so I do my best to see her good side, but then she starts up again, saying I'm avoiding her to try in order to get my attention. I do not call her, I wait cause I know she can't hold in her negativity long. Not sure how much longer I can stay in contact at this point though.

Been on this chnnel for months now. And Rebecca has been a god send. Learning all these tricks my narc was doing was an eye opening experience. I'm deep in the discard phase right now. From wat I can tell she's moved on to another target again for the time being. I've been planning my success by immersing myself in my new hobby/career. She's only taken notice recently after ignoring me for weeks and she's been trying to get me bak under her thumb and in her pocket. Nah.....I'm good. Rebecca gave me scoop and I'm on my own path now. Awesome delivery! Oh Lord, this is exactly what I needed. I know I was randomly guided to this video and right on time 👍👍 Someone new I started dating only 3-4 weeks ago. Super manipulative. Emotional manipulation. The love bombing, then disappear. Some gaslighting and also blaming me for things that are really them. Ignoring me, big time! Disappear all day ..waiting for me to chase them. Wanting me to beg to hangout. By beg I mean It can be suddle... like asking 3 times in a conversation, or agreeing to hang out then they go ghost and I never end up seeing them that day. They want to piss me off, THEY WANT AN EMOTIONAL REACTION SO BAD. I REALLY JUST WANNA PUNCH EM IN THE FACE! Also Withholding sexual activities? Probably wanting me to beg. THEY REALLY ARE DESPERATE TO FEEL NEEDED, MAKES THEM FEEL ALIVE. I have been ignoring back. And now that I'm really on to them I'm already detaching and I honestly lost interest. Had me fooled for a little bit. I have no problem moving on. I already cut them off last week only for them to come creeping back in to apologize, lie, love bomb then start the cycle and ignore again! Lol You even ruined the second chance that you didn't deserve. It's unreal. It really is. It'll make you lose your mind! It'll make you extremely frustrated and that's what they want sadly. I just want them out of my energy for good at this point.

I have a narcissistic son who has gotten worse after taking drugs. He's 34 and it's all about him. Drives me bananas. I am bringing up his two boy's 4 and 6 and when I visit him he is condescending to myself and his girlfriend. I don't want to let the kids see this so I usually leave. Then it's my fault. Pamela Dawn Bar Fun fact: Years ago I went to my doctor. I told him I was having difficulty keeping a relationship. I told him I believed I was bipolar/manic-depressive and wanted medicine for this. When he asked me why I thought this I replied well doc whenever 35 different women who have never met one another all say the same thing about you IT'S YOU! Before a problem can be fixed first you have to admit you have a problem which we know the narcissist will never do. I know this sounds cruel but sooner or later your kid will go to jail. Narcissistic behavior is NOT well received in lockdown. Stay strong, protect the children and ignore the blame fixing.

I agree because the narc is afraid to talk to me . I need my stuff and he is sending it but he is using my father as the go between… what’s that about? It's hard for me not to text my narcissistic ex-girlfriend. Only message my family and her. Lost so many of my friends after high school. Dated my ex for four years. Thate the longest I've been with someone. I text quick, respond to everything, and never take days to answer. While my ex does the opposite. And when my ex would get mad she would cuss, call me names, and then block before I could even reply. And then would unblock me days later. But now she just will pretend to be nice, tell so many lies, barely give any attention, and is so selfish. And I dont kmow what is worse. Being texted a lot of things and then being blocked. Or someone pretending to be nice to you and then they dissapear for days without say anything. Trying more and more not to text at all or feel bothered. But it gets hard at times.
