I was just thinking on my commute this afternoon how crazy it would have seemed to me a year ago when I was in a state of acute pain, but I have reached the point where I am GLAD I went through it with the narcissist. I was too soft, not attractive enough, too codependent, spiritually weak, and too emotionally vulnerable. Now I am stronger, healthier, and better. Totally agree❤ they exposed our weaknesses and that’s why we ended up with them and became obsessed with making it work. I was insecure, anxious to be accepted, willing to let other people outshine and/or walk all over me if that’s what helped them feel better. Not anymore! God said to love our neighbor as ourself; for me I always gave more to my neighbor than myself actually!! This scripture works the other way and sometimes means we actually need to love ourselves more.

The narc is a piece of work. She was my music mentor and taught me everything I know. When I started to outshine her, it pissed her off to no end, which is weird. She taught me everything 😂 After I walked away, I found a new mentor to further my studies. The irony is that she bad mouthed him behind his back many times. You are speaking facts! My ex husband has been hovering me since last year when I got really sick with covid. I was in a coma and he started trying to reach out to my parents. They wanted nothing to do with that! After I got better and out of the hospital he sent me a card with $26 in it. It said something along the lines of I hope you’re healing well, here’s some money to treat yourself or get a coffee and a pastry. I never responded, so he tried again by getting our marriage annulled through the Catholic Church, and having them send a letter to my parents home letting me know we’re both feee to remarry. We’ve been divorced for 6 years 🤣🤣🤣 I haven’t had contact with him for 5 years. But I guess he thought he’d get some kind of a reaction from me after the annulment nonsense 😂 These people are legit insane. The audacity they have to try and creep back in your life by doing just really weird stuff 😭😭

You're right Dave, they never change. Take it from someone who dealt with a narcissist for over 20 years. They get worse. I found myself not being able to be in the same room as him too. I would find a reason to be outside as he was on the couch or in the bathroom on his phone or in front of a TV. There was never depth to our relationship. It was empty, and I wasted so much time I will not be able to get back.

I saw the narc checking out of the relationship when he drastically changed in one day! Little did he know I became so very strong through reading my Bible and researching narc info! Did I hurt? Yes! But I believe God was sending me all the flags and I followed Gods lead- he soon realized that he couldn’t play games with me ! He got blocked for ever since the last time I saw him and got soooo sickened and nauseous just from being around him! Great Video! This is my first comment here. I was brutally discarded 7 Months Back, after 9.5 Years total, and living together for 6.5 years. I went 'No Contact' within the 1st Week, and I haven't broken it. I received a 'Hoover' via a Late Night Phone Call, after 3 Months but I didn't answer, and I haven't heard a Peep since. The recovery has been a roller coaster, but I am in the stages where everyday is becoming easier, and more clear. You talked about how the Narc can't stand that we chose to be good people, and find enjoyment in doing so. You talked about how they can't stand that we try to make them play by the rules. Near the end I saw a Demon in my Narc's eyes, and it horrified me. I realized far too late, that I wasn't dealing with a regular human being with pure intentions. I was duped by the Devil, and I deserved it because, there were Red Flags everywhere but I as clueless. For example, I was seriously injured once, and I was very worried that I may lose an Eye. I asked my Narc if she would sit down with me and hold hands and pray to God, and ask for Mercy. I could see in her face a look of confusion, but when she sat down with me, she held my hands very weakly, almost as if she was pulling them away. I prayed, and I was passionate. When she stood, all she had to say was, "Are you still going to be able to Mow the Lawn?" I'm too embarrassed to reveal how I answered.

I had to run away. I saw the new supply and she kept him because he has nowhere else to go. A "mamas boy" (she can kick out anytime she wants), in massive debt, no ambition, jobless and she takes all his money to finance her lifestyle. She clothes him and tries to make him into me. 🤣 I dropped 20 lbs, hitting the gym 4 times a week and getting ready to buy my home while she is co-dependent with a guy that people say smells? 🤷‍♂

Dave, wow yes, this is spiritual warfare. Most of the time I feel free but the demons are on the prowl to get their foothold back. They haunt my mind, trying to provoke me with memories and steal my peace. God showed me these are familar spirts; this method to provoke me is the same tactic my narc used all the time. I believe the demons are trying to convince me that a closure conversation with the narc is the cure to my pain. This is not true, it will suck me back into a psychotic vortex! This is a trauma bond trying to resurface. For anyone else going through this torment from time to time and feels their spirit failing, check out Psalm 143:7-12 and sit with the Lord. He is the only authority over the demons, over our enemies and we can go into God's presence and call on his character and unfailing love! He will show up and help you come into a oneness with God's spirit. Praying for this narcology family!

I was always a laidback A bc the narcissist looked for b for the 3 years and found a 2 B’s before I discarded but I discarded before the narcissist was ready bc I found that out when the narcissist dangled the sick dog ( lie) to me .. I went to see it and got triangles and told to leave no dog visit nothing .
