I recorded several of our fights because I didn't know about narcissism yet and couldn't figure out what the heck was happening and wanted my friend of thirty years to hear. And I didn't sound good on the recordings I wasn't trying to make her look bad I just wanted some honest input. But anyways I sometimes play those messages and its like a miracle to remember how sick this person was. I know narcissists are supposed to be the ones who does that but its helped me many times when I'm missing her and thinking about holding each other in the water at the lake snorkling etc. Its a wake up call to hear that tone of hers

The final conversation is that she needed a man to be soft and supporting. I said, "You mean stupid and subservient. Not gonna happen, may your next man give you all of that and more." 🤣 I speak and talk about it and am self-cleansing my mind and heart from her. She believes she is hurting me by not speaking...little does she know it has helped me tremendously. I didn’t get a full discard, I got a “let’s be friends” and “I’m not the woman for you, I WANT TO FIND YOU ANOTHER GIRLFRIEND”. I was feeling gutted about that. She basically decided I was too into her and she wanted a new cure, but she wanted to keep access to me and for the door to be open. She wanted the status of friendship and yet have all of the commitment from me and access like a relationship. Yep. I went back at least five or six times. I'd guess it was about 12 times over 25 years. We had four main periods of being a couple over those 25 years, being a couple for about half of them. Half of the main break ups were one of the main break ups was a true discard. The other three were me being Mrs A in the moment, only to be Mrs B later because of rubbing other supplies in my face. The other eight or so were little discards which didn't really result in break ups - ie he was enjoying different supplies. This all started when I was 17. Im now 42. I've just door-slammed him three months ago, Mrs A revived. This time, I've closed the door quite quietly, bolted it, then welded it shut. Then concealed it behind foliage, the foliage of my new garden in a new town where he doesn't know where I am. He's blocked on all outlets. Furthermore, I have removed all flying monkeys and people associated with him. This was the crux. I took nearly 100 people off Facebook. I ignored friends. One or two of them were true friends. But I know him, and it's way too fresh. I know his tactics, and how he uses these people. He will never, ever be able to do that again with me. This time, chuckle and cackle, I don't know her name other age or where she comes from or how thet met, nothing. It's brilliant. And he knows NOTHING about me. It's the first time that's ever happened. I'm kind of drunk on freedom right now, but in a good way, call it loaded with freedom. If there's one good thing about oppression, it makes freedom taste sweeter. My relationship with my teenage daughter was very damaged by this whole process, so I have my woes, but thar might be fixable in the future. She's not a narc. He, though, is not fixable. It's hard for us empathic souls, who actually have souls, to understand this. When you accept that we are stuck with the Devil here, you understand it. It's a very painful lesson to learn. My parents are atheists and my dad is a narc. I still love him. But I understand he has no soul, no ball of light. In It's place he has a black hole. It is very sad, but that's how they get you engaging again. So you have to say, okay, that's sad, and I love you at a distance, and then just move on with your day, doing all the things you want to do it with it, and making sure any long conversations are only with other empathic beings. This part is funny to me. Now it's not that I want to hear from her... And I wasn't discarded...Not the last time! Infact I was the one that became soo hardened and aware knowing her soo well that when she kept saying things like "I will end up in a relationship, I won't be waiting around forever" Because I wouldn't allow her back into my heart, in the end she has completely Vanished, to the point that I've actually considered that fact that she may have ended up in jail for a stretch being she had a cpl things on her, one of those things being that she got into a fist fight with a minor, one of her toxic little daughters friends. Funny thing too, the entire time she thought she was not in the wrong about it saying well she started with me or she threw the first punch etc. I do know there was another guy in the picture kind of also, a guy that was one who was aware so he was very reserved as she had explained , she was having a tough time reeling him in. He ended up moving to another state while she actually was hitting bottom, eye balls deep in DUI charges, lost her job, her job in which she had been suckimg and F ing her boss the entire time while I always thought she was just at work lol.. With that after I knew and she admitted most of it, she was saying that he was sexually assaulting her and pinning her into corners etc. Yet she always did blow him and whatever else he wanted, a married man, a millionaire furniture company OWNER... she would magically get money from him saying he would give her loans but didn't have to pay them back. So what sense does the word LOAN make?!?! Lmao. Classic Narcissist terminology! I got a loan I don't have to pay back. Lol... More like I was paid lumps of money for sexual favors or from fantasies being played out. I'm talking money amounts like $2,500 etc. But back to where I started, she has completely VANISHED... and I'm actually shocked about it because she always hovered, ALWAYS! Now in the end I was able to deal with her, she just couldn't get the best of me anymore, I was SAFE! She even would cry at times saying I'm not showing her any emotion anymore, and that she NEEDED that lol... obviously for those of you that have enough experience know exactly why she NEEDED my emotion! Because she needed to control and hurt me again and couldn't. So yea... Either in Jail, or went on a mission to gain control of the other guy. But at the time she had completely fallen apart. Looked very Ill losing alot of weight, lost her job, lost her apartment, lost her new car that she had actually destroyed before it was repoed. She may have even lost her daughter to either her Narcissist mother or her daughters deceased father...in which I think she had something to do with his death to get his house and disability back pay. The house and money was supposed to go to her daughter upon his demise, but the $56,000 went to total waste so the child got nothing, and the house was plagued with a negative energy in it. Ther was a Evil that lived in that house, I've felt it, when I would stay there I wouldn't want to leave the house and I ALWAYS felt the evil presence, when I'd head home after 2 days I'd be soo drained after doing absolutely NOTHING I'd go home a sleep for a cpl days. That house and her were draining my energy, but the house was like Amityville... Something Very Dark was in that house! But yea she ended up wasting her child's money on house repair the house didn't need, she claimed mold issue in the walls etc. She paid the contractor up front in full, and he got maybe halfway done and he vanished. He closed his business and moved to Florida. The bill was around $30k the rest of the the remaining $20k or so she and her child blew on hotels for the cpl months the house was supposedly being reconditioned!

This is very interesting Because when he first asked me out, and I looked at his Facebook page, he had crosses all over the place. I thought it was a little odd and now, after listening to this video. Now it makes sense that he was hoping that I would be religious and a Christian, however I think I really threw him off because I’m actually an atheist. I think he just didn’t know what to do with that. I went through six times - me dumping him for cheating and then forgiving and going back. Then he went out with the same girl on my birthday - repeat. I guess the other woman left and blocked, and I took him back again (he said she dumped him because he refused to give me up). Six months before the next discard/ghosting (4 days before my birthday). This explains why I have no idea where she lives but I know exactly what town and job she lives and works at! * She hasn't blocked me! * She has denied the existence of the New Supply to her family. She has no social media! I always knew she had to have a " mystery person " on the side before I found out that she is a Covert Narcissist. I finally found out by visual confirmation by accident of private investigation that there is a New Supply/Boyfriend to prove to both sides of the familys that she cheated. Both sides of the families are in complete shock and are now beginning to understand the Narcissist Abuse that I have tried for a year to explain to them. I'm currently in Therapy for Narcissist Abuse PTSD. This photo proof evidence helps me bring closure to myself and proof to the familys that they have been lied to!

This is my second time with a narcissist. I didn’t know you could meet a narcissist twice in your life. This time is worse we share a daughter. We have contact only for our child. I never reached out to him after the discard and he doesn’t have to come back because I am done with him and his family. They helped him cheat on me. I was a Christian but I am not anymore. Like a fool I went back 3 or 4 times. I was so trauma bonded to Mr. Look bar. He is who I wanted. He was the love of my life. I made the mistake of dating someone for 3 months when we broke up for 2 yes 2 years. I ghosted the new man and ran to the loving arms of my covert narcissist. It was payback time for me however I didn’t know that. Mr. Narc informed me he hadn’t dated anyone while we broke up (lol). Had I been with someone??? I said nothing but he knew. So we got reengaged. I put on the previous engagement ring he had given me No big deal. No formal announcement. Just slam bam let me abuse you mame. The devalue started even before the wedding which none of his friends came to but one. You can’t dare date during a break or they will let you have it!

I’ve had two narcs try to goad me into loosing weight for their approval esp after the discard. The first one I became anorexic, the second one I had developed a binge eating disorder during the relationship, so I weighed more than I wanted to, however, I was wise to the game, so instead of reacting and starving myself after the relationship, I continue to eat as normal and had faith that things will get better. Two weeks into moving into my new apartment away from the narc and the weight just drops off. The narc was angry when we were living together and digusted by me still eating the same, while they starved themself down to bone. I know it was in part for the new supply and Idk if they thought I’d also find it attractive but I didn’t. Because unlike them I wanted to see them healthy and thriving. I’ve heard you mention weight and physicality a few times. Can you talk about this a little bit more?

He discarded me and his son in december. I was under the impression that there is someone else because he moved to another town and because was bragging about his rich cousin. And he was always calling someone and putting the phone down when i came near.And his friend also mentioned how good she is with his foster children etc. Found a picture of them he made for her for christmas.Suddenly he texted me 2 months ago, wanting to talk to his 3 year old son an saying how he only wishes the best for us and his sorry about what happened etc. And that he is sick and that we should 'stand' each other for the sake of our son and for the time that is left. I blocked him. He does not want to pay child support, not going to let him see his son. Why does nt he block me. He blocked me after the discard......he has not blocked me since he asked to talked to his boy. He updated his profile pic with n picture of a lady. Do not know who she is, it ia not the rich cousin he moved to. It would be so much easier if he just blocks me......is this a hoover? And yes. Stil not coping. Stil bonded. So i still check his profile once in a while....

there was definitely red flags in the love bomb stage i was just to foolish at the time to see them and i had no boundaries and was a people pleaser so he got me pretty good lol but God helped me see the truth! lol so i went back and checked these messages from 2019 and he was so fake it was so awful lol so basically he tested me in a game to see if i was lying to him about doing some challenge in the game without him...... which i did because i could just sense something was off so thats why i lied about it but also its a stupid game why does that matter LOL so because i lied i had to tell him something super open about myself before he could "trust" me again and save our relationship........... how stupid is that and i fell for it too LOL

It was her bday yesterday. Been 4 years since we dated. Now I know shes a narc so I text her and talk with her sometimes every now and then bc I will NEVER go back But heres the thing. Its funny to me, I just love to see how she thinks she is cool and sexy and successful when she is not even close and she is getting older. Started dating her at 23 shes 34 now… boy time is a great humbler, except in case of the NaRc they aren’t human, and they are never TRULY happy 😂
