Scott often does some of the most difficult harmonies that our ears don’t always pick out easily, but it really is the backbone of a lot of songs he isn’t leading on.

I’m so glad you mentioned Scott! In my opinion I feel like people (reactors) miss A LOT of what he does! Especially because he often times takes the lead in songs and I feel they sometimes have trouble getting passed that, but he is almost always the one that I like and listen for the most. You have no idea how many reactions I’ve seen where they talk about everyone BUT him. I love them all (they’re all fantastic ofc!) and I am a little biased because he’s my favorite but he’s just so good! I love how in the majority of your reactions you mention everyone and give them credit, that’s one of the many reasons I love your reactions so much!! 💙

I love Scott, too! He is the glue of PTX. He is so talented. He sings in a very broad vocal range. He actually put PTX together. He paid for Kevin's plane ticket. That was probably one of the best investments he ever made.

I absolutely agree with you! 💙 also I have no idea if there is any truth to this but I always wonder if that is why, especially in the beginning, he is mostly lead (I know it’s ALWAYS a group decision). I wonder if the others felt he should be lead and also maybe didn’t feel comfortable doing it until more recently.

@@Harley_STAY I think it was him at first. He sang with Kirstie and Mitch in school. He took the lead. The group only met a few days before the Audition. I think the three of them of them just sang the way they always had done. Kevin was an experienced Beat Boxer, Cello player and a genius. He has a Pre-med Degree from Yale. He was at the crossroads of Med School. Scott met Avi through Ben Bram. Avi already knew what to do as the bass in an A Cappella group. He graduated with a degree in music. He was deciding whether to go into Opera or Teach Music. They both said we can postpone those opportunities, they would be able to do those things after the Sing-off. So, I think Scott was the leader at first, but as time goes on everyone bloomed. We witnessed it. This is probably the only time we get to see a group at the beginning, growing even on the Sing-off. After they did not get their Record Deal, Avi and Kevin became roommates to save money. It was very fortuitous. Avi gave Kevin singing lessons. They also wrote many of the songs on their first original EP. They know know who to put where in their arrangements, they produce masterpieces with every song. They have all done Solo Projects. I can see them grow in every EP they release. The Lucky Ones, is beautiful, every song.

@@Bonofox1 Absolutely! They produce Masterpieces. It is amazing what they do with a song. We got to go along on their journey. I saw them in 2019. The arena had terrible acoustics. I was so upset. I am ready to go see a concert of anyone. My husband and I take a two or three day mini vacations and see several concerts per year. We have seen Tears for Fears, twice. One time they were with Hall and Oates. That was an incredible concert. I have been a TFF fan since 1985. I say them in Concert in Detroit in 1990. I love, "Live fron Daryl's House." If you have never seen his show, it is incredible. He and his band are in a building at Daryl's house. He invites different singers of all genres to his house. They jam, some of Daryl's songs, some of the guests, some classics from other people. It is LFDH.com. One of my favorite episodes is with Finger Eleven. Their lead singer was sick and Daryl sings all the songs. He and his band have a great time with the Rock songs. Daryl and PTX keep me busy, until we can safely return to life. I have Asthma so, I stay home. My husband is a Marketing Manager and his job is considered essential. He helps different companies with projects, like special sales. When the shut down started he was just helping stores keep products on their shelves. So anyway, he wears his mask and practically bathes in hand sanitizer before he comes in our house. I watch KZbin and Shop! Take care!
