It's a high C. It's an incredibly high note for most people. Few people can do it. I'm one of those really lucky boys who has a massive range and can hit it! It's a lot of fun.

I remember singing this in high school! I wish I remembered what the highest note for sopranos was, because I was one of the sopranos singing that really, really high note. XD

Fantastic balance! Usually there's a riot of first sopranos that all decide to sing the high C at the end so you can't hear anything else...

Now would that be for choir 1 or choir 2 (choir 1 sings the "oh when the saints, oh when they marching, they're singing (something) glory, glory hallelujah" part while choir 1 just sings the regular lyrics that everyone knows)? Because the soprano note for choir 1 is different than the soprano note for choir 2. Also, is that an Ab5 or an Ab6?

You're right, it is for Choir 1 and Choir 2 at that point. I can't remember what that high note is, though. It's been too long since I sang this and I am/was a 2nd Soprano at that time.
