I think That whichever way one interprets The Book of Revelation, the most important thing is always to know that this world has always been up side down because of mankind We must remember to live righteous lives to our best ability , no matter what one was taught in which denomination I think that’s what we will be judged on: Is Yeshua most important to us ? I enjoy how you teach, and you do a pretty good job. But my first observation is, how can anyone not recognize who is speaking to John. Just because he is not mentioned by name. Rev1:8 I AM ALPHA and OMEGA sayeth the LORD. Vs10 I heard a great voice as trumpet. Vs11 Saying I AM ALPHA and OMEGA the first and the last, what thou seest write. This directly ties into Jn1:1-2. In the beginning (Alpha) was the WORD. (Jesus) Also, Rev21:6/ 22:13. Clearly this is Jesus speaking to John. In Rev1:1 And signified it by his ANGEL to his servant John. This ANGEL is Jesus. In this text, angel means MESSINGER. The same ANGEL can be seen in Rev20:1 We know this is Jesus because he BOUND Satan. Mt12:29/ Mr3:37. This represents Jesus coming at his first advent and BINDING the prince of this world. This happened at the CROSS. This binding is the same as CASTING OUT. Jn12:31/ Rev12:9. This happened 2000 years ago. These are spiritual teachings. With a literal fulfilment. 1Cor 2:13-14.

I have a very hard time following these teachings in their entirety because they are broken up into parts, each part a video, but I can never find all of the parts of a teaching. And in particular, Revelation being the most hyper of the collection of hypertexts that is the Bible, and me, with a neuro degenerative disease, or more accurately, an engineered neuro degenerative infection, am often befuddled by the simplest of things like where I am or what I'm doing... yet still, I understand Revelation, but do not have command of it. I cannot grip the text firmly, and wield it, all of it, with all of its historical context, all of its dependent hyperlinked texts, all of its symbols, all of it, in its entirety, for the edification of my brothers and sisters, who are now, unknowingly, being drawn into the times described by Daniel, but sealed by YHWH, then revealed to John, the beloved, and through John, because of the righteousness of the Lamb who was slain, revealed to all of us... but then hidden from us by the Catholic church for a millennium, but then wrest free and given to us again by the sacrifice of many blessed martyrs, so that we, all of us, could keep, in our own homes (and in our minds, hearts, and spirits), the texts of the whole Bible, that we could own the Book, so that we could read and study, know the text, and through our understanding of the text better know the nature, Commandments, will and plan of YHWH, whose very Name, the Holiest Name, still remains unknown to many, if not most, believers to this day due to the Catholic church's endless attempts of obfuscation, to the extent of even changing appointed times and the very Law itself, pridefully, sinfully, detestably, inconceivably, holding itself above YHWH, The Most High. So, Tom's teaching is very helpful to me in my ongoing attempt to grasp the whole meaning of the text of Revelation, for my own edification, for the leading of my family, and again, for the sharing with my brothers and sisters in Christ, so they will see the signs of the times, know the season, and guard against the irrevocable taking of the Mark... many of whom do not believe they need concern themselves with the book of Revelation and especially the reality of the Mark, as they believe they will not be present on the Earth when the requirement to take the Mark is demanded by lawful civil authority. Something which I hope is true, I hope that all of the redeemed still on Earth would be whisked away to comfort and safety to avoid the terrors of the lesser and greater tribulations, but I, personally, do not believe the texts support such a notion. But if I had a greater command of the Book of Revelation(s, really, there are many, many revelations contained in this book!) I hope that I could reach, or breach the prideful logic created and promulgated by the Catholic church several centuries ago about the occult doctrine of the rapture that has deceived so many of my brothers and sisters whose families separated themselves from the Catholic church many generations ago in an attempt to better know the text of the Bible, but have still fallen to the prideful seduction of this occult doctrine that has put their eternal salvation at such great risk, to the extent that they have willfully, even gleefully in some cases I personally witnessed, taken the recent forerunner of the Mark, and defiled their bodies, and the bodies of their offspring, to great detriment, with this rewriting of the image of God within themselves. I pray that I can find Tom's next teaching in this series, the teaching of Revelation 5. If Jesus could bring about the Kingdom why did he instruct his disciples to pray to the FATHER to let his kingdom come? It seems to me that more research needs to be done into what is WRITTEN and by WHOM than to try to understand the descrepancies that the text contains. Perhaps written by those who wanted to prove the Triity but is not found in the original texts? This is a question I have from my verse by verse study. Did some scribes adhere to a Trinity doctrine while others did not? It seems to be the case with the cross. The Romans executed with a cross but the Jews with a stake. Which one is correct?

Then one day while reading a third book by him I noticed he stated that the 144,000 come on the scene in Revelation chapter 4. That wasn't a mistake that was blatant arrogance. I started comparing some of his statements with scripture and found them to have ZERO respect for what was written. Revelation complicated? Yep BUT a very obvious fact is that Jesus returns at The 6th seal. That's where it states "the day of the Lord has come and who will be able to stand "? Now go back and cross reference 2nd Thessalonians chapter 2. Those people were waiting for an event that will happen at the sixth seal with Jesus return. Like everyone I have no authority to teach my opinion concerning God's word. Most do it anyway. I do not. If you go to God concerning the sixth seal he will give you the Revelation but don't go to man. On that great and terrible day of the Lord, the dead in Christ will rise first, those who are Actually led by the holy spirit, and many of their family members will be harvested. The 144,000 from the 12 tribes of Israel will be anointed on that day and will be on earth preaching the gospel for three and a half years during God's measured wrath ( trumpet judgments). Those under the old Covenant had a Main harvest and they also had the harvest of first fruits before that. Jesus is the first fruits of the church age. I don't agree that it is a mystery. Revelation 1:1 seems clear enough. It is a revelation "by" Jesus Christ which God "gave him" but which Jesus "sent by an angel". What is the big puzzle unles you are trying to make it fit into a previously conceived doctrine. It is therefore not a puzzle why sometimes it seems like God the father is speaking and at other times Jesus is speaking. It is a message being relayed by a third party, an angel whose name we are not given.

Old Covenant obsolete I believe there are times in Bible study that satan blinds us to the meaning of very important concepts. One of those is Jeremiah 31:31 and particularly where he wrote about the Old Covenant/the Mosaic Law "not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt," "Not according to" means "no longer in effect," no longer to be applied or referred to." This certainly sounds blasphemous and would be if God had not replaced the Old Covenant laws, that the Jews tried to obey by their sinful nature inherited from Adam and Eve, with Himself by the Holy Spirit, God, living in us to give us God's nature to overrule our sin nature. God relaced the Mosaic Law with Himself. So, any theologian should think twice if he is tempted to apply anything from the Mosaic Law to the Church as doctrine. First, one needs to examine what God has placed into the Mew Covenant, the New System, that replaces the types and shadows in the Old Covenant. For instance, Hebrews 4 tells us that God, within God's nature is a spiritual rest that we can have that replaces the old Covenant Sabbath. Whatbis that rest? A person that is filled with the Holy Spirit can have a hilarious victory of liberty walking innthe Joy of the Father enjoying the Spirit's peace laughing at annoyances free of demonic attacks or well equipped by faithbto fight them off. The Bible gives us knowledge and understanding if it is applied, wisdom. But the Holy Spirit, not the Bible, gives us guidance. At times, the Holy Spirit will use the Bible to speaknto us guidance; however itnis still the Holy Spirit that is giving us the guidance. Cessationist heresy that God does not speak today kills the needed faith to receive this guidance. We are not under the 30% Mosaic tithe. We are guided by the Holy Spirit and Jesus when, where and how much to give. The people fail for lack of knowledge and for not being filled with the Holy Spirit, God's nature in us.
