Someone who litters says a lot about the person. I agree with a better system like you mentioned about the barcode, if that was a thing that would be amazing. Each town should have a name and shame billboard. In my world i would have litterers jail, for every piece of litter dropped would equal a month in jail. Thanks chilli 😊

I would say as far is the whole barcode thing goes. In the us, we have license plate things but the issue with barcodes is that they aren't unique to that exact item. Millions have the same barcode

What a bloody mess! Without your efforts that park would be literally mulched with litter. I was in England and Wales thirty-five years ago and do not remember seeing much litter at all. Except maybe for some of the rougher parts of Liverpool.

Wonderful job Sir! I've been quite busy lately litterpicking a few of my local roads. I did report both roads to the council for a "street-clean". I'm not sure whether the you are able to do that up country but in Cornwall you can, i did receive emails to say the roads would be cleaned within 10 days and its been about 3 weeks and they have not been done so i've done as much as i can myself but wonder why i bother paying my council taxes if the Council do not even bother to do their jobs

China has what is called a social credit rating. All citizens have to earn a certain number of points per month by doing good deeds or their score goes down. If it drops too low you are not able to get loans, use public services etc etc. it's quite complex. There are some good KZbin documentaries explaining the system.
