I will never tire of watching Micky Flanagan laughing at anything Sean Lock says in any episode.

Classic episode. Sean was brilliant as usual.

Jimmy did a sh!ty thing but I don't remember anyone who was so upfront and honest about it or took it on the chin like he did I do have to say that sean lock was one of the funniest people ever RIP

I propose that we have every politician who does something wrong go through this process, of just being "vetted" by six comedians for one episode, and then they're allowed to continue being politicians: Matt Hancock, Boris Johnson, Liz Truss.

Tax avoidance is obviously shitty, and Jimmy has since seemed genuinely remorseful, but David Cameron specifically calling him out when we had the Panama Papers a couple years down the road was pretty outrageous. Its actually pretty quaint in retrospect how huge of a story this was, celebrity pays less tax than they should in a grey-area legal way. I guess my perspective is slightly different as an American since our taxes only go towards weapons and police rather than things like the NHS.

I have seen this opening bit a hundred times, but never noticed how noticeably disheveled Jimmy is. His cuffs are all out of whack, the left side of his hair looks like my toddler has done it, and he needs a shave. He is Remorse in person, but with class you don't see much anymore.

Yeh he’s visibly shaken. Think his mouth is dry too. Unprepared in a way.

I think the brief for the show was to constantly take the 'mickey' out of Jimmy so he could apologise and take responsibility continuously and in the process, offer an opportunity for us to forgive him. The panel were just following orders.

I get John was disappointed in Jimmy but he really did come across as a rite miserable pr!ck

I thought he took things too seriously, whilst the others just bantered him about it.

I think he was legitimately hurt. He's quite civic minded.
