When should you consider selling your art. That is the dilemma that most artists eventually face.
Try to start selling your art too soon and you will likely just end up frustrated and demoralized.
Ideally you want to wait until the public places a positive value on your art before you try selling it. But How do you know when that occurs. That is what I explain in this video.

Excellent video! Yes, artists usually overestimate how much their art is worth. They put fake pricing for their garbage and hope to sell it for hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Important point, it’s the PUBLIC who decides on worth and pricing of our artwork. Not us! If nobody buys your art, its monetary value is zero. Simple truth. Most artists will definitely remain hobby type, not actually earning. Art is definitely a hobby now, 99.99% of people just don’t buy original fine artwork. Maybe one pathetic ikea Chinese reproduction print on sale per family per lifetime. NOT original fine art pieces! It’s important to test how much your art is worth, so you can let go of false hopes and unrealistic dreams.

Pricing is very easy, because the public decides. You don’t, so it’s not a decision you need to make. Simply put your art out there and ask how much strangers are offering you for your art. That’s how much it’s worth! If people don’t offer any money for your art, that means nobody wants/needs it and its monetary value is zero.
