I basically told her i wasnt interested and when she said it was a shame i wanted to drop the whole thing, i responded sarcastically and jokey over text (i know, rookie mistake). Its.more simple: attention/investment ratio baseline should always be 2/3. Immediatly as you notice you go over it , pull far back to 1/3, for a while until you are stable enough again to get back to baseline 2/3. 11:16 doesn't have to be in days... just follow my formula. 2:1, 3:1. 1:1. With ANYTHING with women, use that formula. One eg, texting. She text you twice first, then you text her once first. After that she 3 then you 1, then she 1, then you 1 THEN REPEAT THE CYCLE. NEVER do more than 1. Why this works, at least for me? the 3:1 she is initiating, she may start to feel she doing too much, so you do 1:1 and it pulls her back. Then the 2:1 starts it over again. Unfortunately, it sounds like a man can never be ALL-IN with a woman, that he always has to have one foot out the door. This is probably true even in marriage, because when a man shows a woman that he is ALL-IN, she begins to take him for granted, gradually loses attraction for him, as he is no longer a challenge for her, and she no longer has to compete with other women to keep him. So, if a man is smart, he will always have one foot out the door -- even in marriage. This might sound toxic, and it's probably better not to even get married in the first place, but a man must always have viable options and women that he's talking to, and flirting with, if not actually sleeping with on the side. This promiscuous behavior on the part of the man, along with him primarily focusing on his grind and his purpose, and his masculine and independent demeanor -- he doesn't make her his focus, but focuses on himself instead, and she is just along for the ride attitude -- will definitely work to his advantage by showing her that he has one foot out the door and can leave her ass behind at any time.

You get this. But I would add that we need to give up on marriage. You can't keep a woman long anymore. Prenuptials will be getting invalidated soon. No woman is worth half your wealth. I met this girl, we clicked right away slept over at hers, and went fine for 2-3 weeks. We really do enjoy chilling together, similar habits, it's just also fun. She's very direct, and made me indirectly understand that she (as much as she wanted) she couldn't keep liking me if i didn't make myself scarce. At this point we've had crazy sex 2-3 times a week at least (like hours, then again in morning, really good sex). That kind of sparked me looking into it, finding these videos, and now I can see all my mistakes. She pulled back, but kind of telling me why. So, combined with the videos, I understood and just switched: focused only on my job, my things, gym. She sent a goodnight hug, then she tried calling in the morning. in the daytime i sent a pic of a hike, took the day off and just let her know i'm out doing stuff, hadn't asked her out or anything. Overall just fully adopting the indifferent stance (and truly so.. it cleared my mind, i stopped caring what would happen, as i was aware it's out of my power). So now suddenly she's reaching out, she's letting me know what she's doing, she's sending vids and pics. Saw her briefly as she used my house after work to change for a concert, and she was so different.. she came to kiss me, she was just in a completely different stance. Asked when we could meet, saturday i couldnt. sunday too i can't, so we left it for tuesday. She now answers right away, puts smileys. However this goes, this woman has sparked an improvement in me that no woman ever has. I can kind of see she can sense what she's doing and she's trying to make herself like me more, even if i made those mistakes. EDIT: she has also (before the distancing phase), cleaned my kitchen without me asking (while i was finishing work in home office). She brought me a nice coffee mug, a flask, and cute pen for work. She got me a glass jar for my w##d. She helped me find an accountant to setup a company I was working on setting up. I can really see how she's behaved like a perfect woman, and I was really ignorant.
