Hi @asiamahyeboahfelix6687, Assuming your wife was granted the partner visa on the 5 year route to ILR (which is standard), ILR cannot be applied for after 3 years in the UK despite you recently becoming a British citizen. I hope the above helps. Best regards, The Migrate.org.uk team.
