I"d like to know how to downgrade. It seems when you click get started and fill out all the info get the domain name it automatically chooses the $18 / month Plus plan. I don't need that. How to you switch from Plus to Starter? I actually didn't enter my credit card info because it was only offering the $18 plan, do I have to sign up for the $18 plan and then go back in and switch? I just want to make sure I can do that. Thanks!

My ongoing subscription is for "BUSINESS STARTER" plan and my pooled storage is running out but when am trying to add more storage its asking to expand 10TB for 300USD PER MONTH i dont understand it is costly plz help

For most companies it’s cheaper to just go up to the next plan so you get more allocated per user, and I suspect that would be the case for you

How can I get unlimited storage, or near to that, enterprise says "All storage you need" but you get only 5 TB per user

Google does not provide unlimited storage. You can for opendrive they are providing unlimited storage
