I like to arrive a good 20 minutes prior to practice starting. That gives me time to settle in, get a beverage, apply my various tapes and support devices, as well as test out the approaches. I ALWAYS test the approaches prior to throwing any shot.

I'm a retired senior so I like to get out of the house and get there about 1.5 to 2 hours early. There's a league before mine so being that early lets me see what's happening on the lanes I'll be bowling on.

I show up to both my leagues really early, but one more so than the other. Saturday mornings Im an hour or more earlier and sometimes can get some warm up before league warm up even starts. Tuesday evenings I show up 20-30 early since its in the evening Im already stretched and ready to tackle bowling as Im a bit physically busted.

What your guys thought on different layouts for different balls? Do you guys have the same layout on pearls, solids, urethane?

I like to be at league 45 min early. So I can talk to people, get my gear on, I don't like feeling rushed before league.

I like to get to league 35 minutes early if I can and walk around. Maybe get a bite of something to eat.
