Man I liked that ball shape a lot and it hit really nice. Ebonite and pretty much all of the B7 stuff looks awesome. As far as my go to or benchmark ball, it has got to be my Motiv Black Venom. Very predicable and it doesn't over react.

Phaze II is my go to. Thinking about buying 1 or two more and leaving them undrilled for a while until my first one dies and then I can just use the second and then the third. Best ball made in the past decade. My favorite and I have been trying to get my hands on one again was a morich colossus.

My go to ball is still the venom shock. I use to roll ebonite starting with the tidal wave and the original matrix. Had to resurface the matrix after my sun took a screwdriver to it and Rolled 800 and 300. Wish that weight block would come back.

Right now my favorite ball is the Columbia Explosion. Highly underrated ball. Mid performance hybrid, lower RG, mid differential, a HOUSE SHOT KILLER! But this ball looks REAL!

Thanks Ron! I like the predictability factor. I typically throw asym balls (not a speed thrower, but low rev rate so speed dominate) to get more hook. My go to ball is the The One Encore, but i like what i see with the Real Time.

9 years later and it’s still the Jackal Ghost. I have had 4 or 5 of them over the years. No matter what the lanes are doing, I can go straight to the Ghost and make it do whatever I need. It’s forgiving if you miss inside and outside. It’s like the Shock or Phaze 2 to where it just does its thing and it hooks where it’s supposed to. Kind of like a pocket magnet. Plus has the carry through to destroy the pins while also rarely ever leaving a non makable spare if you do miss.

My favorite balls are my Effect and Archetype Solid, followed by the Trouble Maker Pearl. They are my most predictable and easiest to control. I really enjoy throwing my Big Time Special Edition, though, so this ball looks like it will also be a lot of fun.
