Just from this video usman looks like the clear winner as he was landing consistent getting takedowns and pushing the pace and having octagon control. Sadly this isn't the whole fight so hard to say what leon actually did. Imo Leon isn't really that special of a fighter so he can enjoy his small stint as champ I guess.

Leon won it clearly stopping the takedowns landing good kicks all over Usman, and they had some good exhanges in boxing where Usman had a few moments but Leon wkn 70% of the striking at least

Rounds aren’t scored by who’s pushing the pace, it’s by who’s dealing more damage. Usman was pushing the pace a lot but missing strikes and failing takedowns, Leon outstruck Usman by 50% in that fight and defended like 80% of Usman’s takedowns.

I think it’s the other way around. I think Leon is the more comfortable and diverse fighter. Leon is the overall better striker and better fighter overall. The only advantage Usman has is his wrestling that’s already been handled twice convincingly.
