Something they didn't show you at the beginning that would have benefited you all is that your hunger and thirst bars actually fill more than the bar Gotta eat or drink until a single arrow dances between them Fire gives a plus next to temperature after a bit, that'll reduce your consumable degradation rate a little but its temporary Also they were saying fish because thats the fastest way to fill that stomach, its boring but 2-3 fish will set you up for a good few hours play Yknow, should you not know that already lol

The hockey helmet is something of a joke between seasoned DayZ players. It's usually worn by noobs and given to others as joke to say that you ride the short bus. Best thing it's used for is a melee weapon.
