When will I-4 construction end?

The last time I visited Florida was 1991, and they've been doing road construction in and around Orlando every time I've been there.

With all of the revenue from the parks you would think that they are able to increase staff to get things done faster. Seems like the current people working on it are in no hurry at all. Anytime we see people actually in work areas they are basically standing still. There needs to be a better system of accountability for the project. I thought people in ny drove poorly. I often think I may need a helmet and gloves for driving a car here.
