What's the winter temperature in Canada from December to April? I heard it's between -20' ....to -35' celsius? Is it true?

Depends on the region but for the most part yea. Here in Edmonton, Winters typically last 6-8 months and it can drop to -40 on occasion. Although temperatures usually stay around -20 and -30. Summers are pretty warm though as it can go above 30 degrees

If you go to Vancouver area, you're looking at a low of say.... -10? If you're around Edmonton, it's more like -40. On the East Coast, the lowest you'll see is -30 usually.
