Fantastic video 1) it is important to have a financially independent life for both male and female 2)But equally they need to have a comfortable home which makes the life worth living as man and wife. 3)It's important to decide their roles before marriage also some changes need to be made once married due to health , children and career opportunities,job location etc..4) Both need to work equally on marriage , household responsibilities,children , career ,parents responsibilities and accordingly decision needs to be taken .5) women can start their own source of income with their skill sets and time flexibility to maintain work life balance, healthy lifestyle .
