The scripture says, “God is not a man that He should lie. Has He ever spoken and failed to act? I need prayers, too. My husband is out of work since 4 years and he said, that the lord had delivered him from being the provider of the family- true, that there was a religious demand and distorted version of expectations in his family growing up, but now he’s got no further perspective. We have 4 children and I’m working full time and he’s at home looking after the kid in a rough and tough way, they have to clean and wash and he’s overseeing them being mostly on his computer. I asked the Lord about this but I can’t conclude other than to think, that this thing he’s doing is not from the Lord. And I told him that but he’s convinced otherwise….

I hope you will read all my answer, as I read your answer to me. :) I asked about baptism because Jesus wants everyone to be born again of water AND spirit- John 3:3-7 I asked about HOW you were baptized because Jesus requires it to be in His name - Luke 24:47 Peter preached it- Acts 2: 38-41, and the apostles only baptized in Jesus name, where the Bible records the method. Acts 2, Acts 8, Acts 10, Acts 19. Ivy, there IS NO OTHER Jesus! There is only the word of God made flesh, the only begotten of the Father, who came unto His own, but they received Him not. Now, there ARE false Christs, which we are warned about. Tongues are an unknown language that people speak BY THE SPIRIT of God, when they are baptized by the Holy Ghost.- Acts 2:4, Acts 2:1-6, Acts 10:44-48, Acts 11:1-18, Acts 19:1-6. 1 Corinthians They are unknown to the one speaking- 1 Corinthians 14:2, 4, 6, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18-19, 21-22, 27. Paul also call them tongues of men and of angels. Jews/Gentiles Scripture is very clear here, Ivy: Romans 1:16-17 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. Jecinta that’s wuts up sometimes we do need to just go to God with Thanksgiving. He knows what we need before we even ask him. Wonderful God We Serve. Thank you, Joyce Meyer! I am reading my Bible and turned to Proverbs 3: 5-7 from your message. I had highlighted sometime in my past daily writing journal Proverbs 3:5-6 only. If I had only read verse 7! 😆 🤣 😂 I do know how to meditate...worry and uncertainty of the future. It's tiring, and it makes my brain hurt. I will meditate with the Word of God and cut it out with meditation on the worry. Sending prayers and well wishes to everyone!

I was going through confusing situation in my life until I’ve just listened to this message today; God wants me to just trust him even I don’t understand anything on the way I am going now. God is the only one who knows what to do. Faith is the keyword in my journey with Jesus-Christ. Jesus tellsJairus to keep faith. Jesus does not talk to the crowd; he just talks to Jairus. Another point is that the way Jesus sees Jairus’s daughter is different from what the people gathered in Jairus house do. For Jesus, Jairus’s daughter is sleeping, but for others she is dead. That’s how we loose faith because of what we see and hear instead of trusting what God says to us. This message came to me at the right time. Pray for our family, I have a brother battling cancer, thank God he hangs onto God, after chemo he was told cancer came back but we believe in a mighty God that can heal, pray 4 David!!... Also, praing 4 my adult children to return to serving God...reconciliation...and I have many nephews and neices battling addictions...pray for our family...Ramonas Legacy that we call upon God to break generational curses and that they can see that God loves them...and they may have a personal encounter w the mighty one, God and see his promises are true!
