Mind blown at around the 10:30 mark because this message of "What is your life trying to tell you" finds me often. A few years ago I couldn't get the words "in my heart of hearts" out of my head and one day, on a whim, I thought I'd search to see if it was from a song or poem I'd read. There's a song I don't recall but probably heard on the radio as a kid (I'm 50 now) by Don Williams and in it are the lyrics "Just listen to your life, it's talking to you".. and that struck me for some reason. Those words removed an old scratched up lens from my perspective and put in a brand new, crystal clear one. This video is another nod from the universe. Love you Mel! Thank you!

When I feel stuck I think it must mean that I'm not giving my energy to the right things. That's what she means by "What is your life trying to tell you?". For me, "stuck" is the feeling that tells me it's time for big changes. - We all have our own unique journey, but I hope this helped a little? Sending you big high fives for your journey!
