What a brilliant conversation. Loved the stories & wisdom from Ed about life being the quality of your emotions, and the points on intention, checking in with yourself "is this still what I want?" and plucking weeds through awareness and stillness. Thanks so much!!! ❤

I am a full time independent artist & entrepreneur. I have been playing saxophone all my life & I started a consulting company in 2020 helping independent artists like me make money online (you are most qualified to help the person/people you used to be). If I am being honest been struggling with time management. After hearing Ed talk about how he breaks up his days into 6 hours that is such a game changer. I was taking full days to focus on one business at a time. But now I can do both things & make progress on both businesses each day & double my productivity! & still watch Netflix lol. Looking forward to what happens in the next 90 days! Thank you Jay & Ed!

Thank you so much for these examples. Thank you for bringing the topic of recalling positive emotions that had a positive impact on the self. Usually in therapies everyone is looking for something negative to de-root and heal, however it's much more beneficial to have a positive anchor. Where you place your attention - you place your energy. Let's shift it into peace, love , gratitude 🙏 this is very powerful!

One word to describe this conversation. Captivating. I got goosebumps when we found out the family was eating dinner after a funeral for their grandmother. Also I can relate to being a people pleaser and letting others go over my time I've scheduled with them. I own a barber shop and it's by appointment only. I set aside 30 minutes for a men's haircut. I've noticed some clients wanting to hang back and chat for a good length of time but of course I have another appointment after them. What I started doing is cleaning up my equipment and sweeping their hair to sort of signify in a subtle way that my time with them has reached it's end. I love my clients and chatting with them, but I also value my time because in my field time is money. Love this episode.
