This ; and all other videos of your’s are very helpful; as a recovered alcoholic late in life, there were many of these harmful patterns of delusional, victimization thinking. The world did me wrong. Wow…This goes rather nicely with our 12-steps and so much is making sense and life continues to improve as I take positive action in my own life. Way too simple for me to have thought of that. I related to always feeling like I have to figure it all out and do things myself….. letting go of old ideas old thought patterns, looking at life very differently; being a co-creator with life…. Love your easy way of wearing life like a loose garment! Very attractive
